This phenomenal training equips adults with the resources necessary to support young people who may be experiencing a mental health challenge, trauma, or crisis. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence based practice that focuses on the skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each of these areas supports youth in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) We have created workshops for educators and students based on these domains. In these workshops educators learn to engage students in activities that focus on developing these four skill areas and strengthen resilience.
